Cell phones are disruptive to our environment. Please refrain from using your cell phone inside the salon, and please show courtesy to our other guests by remembering to shut off your phone while you are in the salon.

Our environment is not safe for babies and children. For their benefit and your peace of mind, we would greatly appreciate it if you would make child care arrangements before your appointment.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your spa treatments to insure you our full service and enjoyment of your spa service.

We ask that you kindly give a 24-hour cancellation notice or a service charge will be applied. We require a 48-hour notice for services totaling 2 hours. A 72-hour notice is required for services totaling two hours or more.

A gift certificate or credit card number is required for all salon and spa packages. Gift certificates are transferable, may be redeemed for products as well as services, have a two-year expiration date, and are non-refundable.
